Summary. Tıp Dili does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. Everything you do in the app stays on your device. The only network activity is performed by Apple's own App Store frameworks when you view prices for, purchase, or restore the optional "Tıp Dili Pro" subscription — that payment relationship is between you and Apple.
The app is published by Mert Kaya Özkan (the "developer", "we"). For anything in this policy you can reach us at iletisim@alandili.com. Because the app is designed not to process personal data on our side, in practice there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, export, or erase — see Section 9.

To function, the app keeps a small set of preferences in Apple's standard on-device storage (the app sandbox). This data is created by you, never leaves your device, and is not accessible to us:
The app and its widget share these preferences through an Apple "App Group" container that also lives entirely on your device. Deleting the app permanently deletes all of this data. iOS device backups you configure (iCloud/computer) are governed by Apple, not by us.
Tıp Dili offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Tıp Dili Pro" (monthly or yearly). All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID:
Communication between your device and the App Store for these purposes is the app's only network activity. It is initiated and secured by iOS.
If you enable the daily reminder, notifications are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. There is no push server; no message travels over the internet. You can disable reminders anytime in the app's Profile screen or in iOS Settings → Notifications → Tıp Dili.
All medical terms, definitions, and examples are bundled inside the app. Reading, studying, quizzes, practice, favorites, and the widget all work fully offline.
If you contact us at the address above, we will process the personal data you include (your e-mail address and message) solely to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) / communication initiated by you (KVKK Art. 5). Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and is then deleted upon request or when no longer necessary. It is never used for marketing and never shared.
The app is an educational dictionary suitable for general audiences and collects no data from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly process children's personal data. Purchases are controlled by Apple's parental controls (Screen Time / Ask to Buy).
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Türkiye: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK; in the EU/EEA: your local DPA). Because we hold no personal data about app users, these rights are in practice satisfied by design; for on-device data you can erase everything by deleting the app. For e-mail correspondence (Section 7), write to us and we will honor your request without undue delay. We do not transfer data internationally and do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.
Your preferences live inside the iOS app sandbox and are protected by your device's security (passcode/Face ID, encryption at rest as provided by iOS). Since nothing is transmitted to us, there is no server-side data to breach.
If we change this policy (for example, if a future version of the app adds an online feature), the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date before the change takes effect in the app.

Günlük hatırlatıcıyı açarsanız bildirimler iOS tarafından cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır. Push sunucusu yoktur; internet üzerinden hiçbir mesaj gönderilmez. Hatırlatıcıları istediğiniz an uygulamanın Profil ekranından veya iOS Ayarları → Bildirimler → Tıp Dili'nden kapatabilirsiniz.
Tüm tıp terimleri, tanımlar ve örnekler uygulamanın içinde gömülüdür. Okuma, çalışma, test, pratik, favoriler ve widget tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır.
Yukarıdaki adresten bize yazarsanız, ilettiğiniz kişisel verileri (e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınız) yalnızca size yanıt vermek için işleriz. Hukuki dayanak: taleplere yanıt vermeye ilişkin meşru menfaat (GDPR md. 6/1-f) / tarafınızca başlatılan iletişim (KVKK md. 5). Yazışmalar yalnızca talebinizin karşılanması için gerekli süre boyunca tutulur; talebiniz üzerine veya gerek kalmadığında silinir. Pazarlama için kullanılmaz, kimseyle paylaşılmaz.
Uygulama genel kitleye uygun bir eğitim sözlüğüdür ve çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden veri toplamaz. Çocuklara ait kişisel verileri bilerek işlemeyiz. Satın almalar Apple'ın ebeveyn denetimlerine (Ekran Süresi / Satın Almadan Önce Sor) tabidir.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK md. 11) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında; kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına ve denetim makamına şikâyet hakkına (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu; AB/AEA'da yerel otorite) sahipsiniz. Uygulama kullanıcılarına ait elimizde veri bulunmadığından bu haklar tasarım gereği zaten karşılanır; cihazdaki verileri uygulamayı silerek tamamen yok edebilirsiniz. E-posta yazışmaları (Bölüm 7) için bize yazmanız yeterlidir; talebinizi gecikmeksizin yerine getiririz. Yurt dışına veri aktarımımız ve otomatik karar verme/profilleme faaliyetimiz yoktur.
Tercihleriniz iOS uygulama sandbox'ında durur ve cihazınızın güvenliğiyle (şifre/Face ID, iOS'un sağladığı diskte şifreleme) korunur. Bize hiçbir şey iletilmediği için sızabilecek bir sunucu verisi de yoktur.
Politika değişirse (örneğin ileride çevrimiçi bir özellik eklenirse), güncel sürüm değişiklik uygulamada devreye girmeden önce yeni yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır.
