Summary. Tıp Dili collects no personal data. There is no user account, no sign-up and no sign-in. We operate no server; your progress, favorites and collections are stored on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your own iCloud account — never on a server of ours. No analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking technology is used, and there is no third-party SDK. Your subscription is handled by Apple, and we have no access to your purchase details.

To function, the app keeps a small set of preferences in Apple's standard on-device storage (the app sandbox). This data is created by you and is never accessible to us:
The app and its widget share these preferences through an Apple "App Group" container that also lives on your device.
iCloud sync (from version 1.0.2). If iCloud is enabled for the app on your device,
the same preferences — your name, learning goal, level, language, interests, progress, streak,
favorites, saved terms and collections — are
also written to your own iCloud account, using Apple's iCloud key-value storage
(NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore). This is what brings your progress back after you reinstall
the app or move to a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account. The data goes to Apple's
iCloud under your account and is governed by Apple's privacy terms; we operate no server,
receive nothing, and cannot read it. Reminder settings stay on the device only. You can turn
this off at any time in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud, and delete the app's iCloud data
there. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on that device; if iCloud sync is on, the copy in
your iCloud account remains until you delete it there.
The app offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Tıp Dili Pro". All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. The app uses Apple's StoreKit framework to display prices and to check, on your device, whether your subscription is active. In this version we operate no purchase server and hold no purchase database, and we never receive your name, address, e-mail, or payment details. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services terms and Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you enable the daily reminder, notifications are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. There is no push server; no message travels over the internet.
If you contact us at the address above, we will process the personal data you include (your e-mail address and message) solely to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) / communication initiated by you (KVKK Art. 5). Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and is then deleted upon request or when no longer necessary. It is never used for marketing and never shared.
The app is an educational app for learning medical terminology and is not directed at children; its current age rating is shown on the App Store product page. The app has no accounts, and we do not knowingly process children's personal data. Purchases are controlled by Apple's parental controls (Screen Time / Ask to Buy).
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK Art. 11), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Türkiye: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK; in the EU/EEA: your local DPA).
In practice we hold no data about app users, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or erase; on-device data is erased by deleting the app. Rights over e-mail correspondence (section 6) still apply, and you can reach us at the address in section 1.
On-device preferences live inside the iOS app sandbox and are protected by your device's security (passcode/Face ID, encryption at rest as provided by iOS). We operate no server and hold no account data, so there is no database of ours that could be breached. No system is perfectly secure, which is exactly why the amount of personal data we hold is kept at zero.
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date before the change takes effect in the app. Material changes affecting a version you already use will be pointed out in the app.

ya da aynı Apple Hesabıyla yeni bir iPhone'a geçtiğinizde ilerlemenizi geri getiren budur. Veri
sizin hesabınız altında Apple'ın iCloud'una gider ve Apple'ın gizlilik koşullarına tabidir;
bizim sunucumuz yoktur, hiçbir şey bize ulaşmaz ve bu veriyi okuyamayız. Hatırlatıcı
ayarları yalnızca cihazda kalır. Bunu istediğiniz an iOS Ayarları → adınız → iCloud'dan
kapatabilir, uygulamanın iCloud verisini oradan silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek o cihazda
sakladıklarını siler; iCloud eşitlemesi açıksa iCloud hesabınızdaki kopya siz silene kadar kalır.
Uygulama, isteğe bağlı ve otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik sunar: "Tıp Dili Pro". Tüm satın almalar Apple Hesabınız üzerinden tamamen Apple tarafından işlenir. Uygulama, güncel fiyatları göstermek ve aboneliğinizin etkin olup olmadığını cihaz üzerinde doğrulamak için Apple'ın StoreKit çerçevesini kullanır. Yukarıdaki adresten bize yazarsanız, ilettiğiniz kişisel verileri (e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınız) yalnızca size yanıt vermek için işleriz. Hukuki dayanak: taleplere yanıt vermeye ilişkin meşru menfaat (GDPR md. 6/1-f) / tarafınızca başlatılan iletişim (KVKK md. 5). Yazışmalar yalnızca talebinizin karşılanması için gerekli süre boyunca tutulur; talebiniz üzerine veya gerek kalmadığında silinir. Pazarlama için kullanılmaz, kimseyle paylaşılmaz.
Uygulama, tıp terimlerini öğrenmeye yönelik bir eğitim uygulamasıdır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir; güncel yaş sınırı App Store ürün sayfasında belirtilir. Uygulamada hesap yoktur ve çocuklara ait kişisel verileri bilerek işlemeyiz. Satın almalar Apple'ın ebeveyn denetimlerine (Ekran Süresi / Satın Almadan Önce Sor) tabidir.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK md. 11) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında; kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına ve denetim makamına şikâyet hakkına (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu; AB/AEA'da yerel otorite) sahipsiniz.
Uygulamada uygulama kullanıcılarına ait elimizde veri bulunmadığından erişilecek, düzeltilecek, taşınacak veya silinecek bir şey yoktur; cihazdaki veriler uygulama silinerek yok edilir. E-posta yazışmalarına (6. bölüm) ilişkin haklar geçerliliğini korur ve 1. bölümdeki adresten bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Cihazdaki tercihleriniz iOS uygulama sandbox'ında durur ve cihazınızın güvenliğiyle (şifre/Face ID, iOS'un sağladığı diskte şifreleme) korunur. Bize ait bir sunucu ve hesap verisi olmadığı için ihlal edilebilecek bir veritabanımız da yoktur. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir; zaten bu yüzden elimizde tuttuğumuz kişisel veri sıfırda tutulur.
Politika değişirse, güncel sürüm değişiklik uygulamada devreye girmeden önce yeni güncelleme tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır. Halihazırda kullandığınız sürümü etkileyen esaslı değişiklikler ayrıca uygulama içinde belirtilir.
