Please include your device model, iOS version, and — for subscription issues — whether you purchased monthly or yearly. Do not send passwords or payment details; we never need them.
Each day's terms open page by page, like the pages of a book: the first one is ready when you open the app, and swiping (or tapping the arrow) opens the next. Free: 5 new terms a day; Pro: 15. A term you have already seen is never shown as new again — at any level. Opening the app counts as that day's activity and grows your streak.
Open Profile → Level and pick beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Each level keeps its own progress, so switching back and forth never loses anything. Intermediate is the default.
If you select specialties (e.g. Cardiology, Neurology) in onboarding or Profile, new daily terms come only from those fields — your selection is respected strictly. When you have seen every matching term of your level, the daily flow pauses for that level; add more fields in Profile (or switch to "General") to keep going. Selecting "General" (or nothing) means terms come from the whole pool.
Open Profile and use the language setting. Root meanings, origins, and definitions are shown in the language you choose; your choice is remembered.
Opening the app counts as that day's activity. Consecutive days increase the streak by one; skipping a day resets it to 1. It is a gentle motivator — nothing is lost except the counter.
Go to Profile and toggle the reminder, choose how many times per day (1–6) and the time window. A reminder names the term waiting for you ("Today's term: Bradycardia"); once you have opened the app that day, the rest of the day's reminders stay quiet. If there is no new term left for your selection, no reminder is sent at all. If notifications never appear, check iOS Settings → Notifications → Tıp Dili and make sure a Focus mode isn't silencing them.
Touch and hold your home screen, tap the + in the top corner, search for "Tıp Dili", choose a size and add it. The widget shows the same term as the app — matched to your level and interests. On days you haven't opened the app, it shows the term that is waiting for you, so the app never surprises you with a different one. If it ever looks out of date, opening the app once refreshes it.
Yes. All content is bundled with the app; the daily pages, quiz and matching rounds, favorites, progress and the widget need no internet. A connection is needed only for two things, and neither is ours: viewing prices and purchasing or restoring your subscription through Apple, and letting Apple sync your progress to your own iCloud account.

Yes — new terms ship with app updates, and updates never break your progress: terms you have seen stay seen, new ones simply join the queue.
15 new terms a day instead of 5; 3 quiz rounds and 3 matching rounds a day instead of 1 + 1; the terms of earlier days; favorites and collections. Quiz and matching themselves are open to everyone — Pro only raises the daily number of rounds. The free tier always keeps its 5 daily terms, the widget and the reminders.
The paywall in the app shows the current monthly and yearly prices in your local currency (yearly is the best value). Payment is charged to your Apple Account; the subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Billing is handled by Apple, so cancellation happens on Apple's side, never on ours: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tıp Dili Pro → Cancel (or App Store app → profile photo → Subscriptions). Cancelling keeps Pro active until the period you already paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account, then tap Restore purchases — either on the subscription screen or in Profile. The app tells you what happened: Pro restored, or no active subscription found for this Apple Account. That is all it takes; there is no account of ours to sign in to. After deleting and reinstalling the app, Pro usually comes back on its own when you open it.
Payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds ourselves.
Not currently — a Pro subscription applies to the purchasing Apple Account.
No. There is no registration and no sign-in, and there is no password to forget or leak. Your optional Pro subscription is handled by Apple through your Apple Account.
On your device. If iCloud is turned on for the app, your progress, streak, favorites and collections are also kept in your own iCloud account (Apple's key-value storage), which is what brings them back after a reinstall or on a new iPhone. We run no server and cannot read any of it. See the Privacy Policy.
Yes, if iCloud is on for Tıp Dili on both phones and you use the same Apple Account: open the app on the new phone and your seen terms, streak, favorites and collections come back. If iCloud is off, progress transfers only through a full device backup. Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account and can always be restored (see above).
Deleting the app removes what it stored on the device. If iCloud was on, your progress is still in your iCloud account and returns when you install the app again. Deleting the app never cancels a subscription.

Uygulamayı silmek cihazda sakladıklarını siler. iCloud açıktıysa ilerlemen kendi iCloud hesabında durur ve uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunda geri gelir. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
