Please include your device model, iOS version, and — for subscription issues — whether you purchased monthly or yearly. Do not send passwords or payment details; we never need them.
Each day the app reveals one new term for your level (up to 10 per day with Pro). A term you have seen is never repeated. Opening the app each day also grows your streak.
Open Profile → Level and pick beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Each level keeps its own progress, so switching back and forth never loses anything. Intermediate is the default.
If you select specialties (e.g. Cardiology, Neurology) in onboarding or Profile, new daily terms come only from those fields — your selection is respected strictly. When you have seen every matching term of your level, the daily flow pauses for that level; add more fields in Profile (or switch to "General") to keep going. Selecting "General" (or nothing) means terms come from the whole pool.
Open Profile and use the language setting. Root meanings, origins, and definitions are shown in the language you choose; your choice is remembered.
Opening the app counts as that day's activity. Consecutive days increase the streak by one; skipping a day resets it to 1. It is a gentle motivator — nothing is lost except the counter.
Go to Profile and toggle the reminder, choose how many times per day (1–6) and the time window. If notifications never appear, check iOS Settings → Notifications → Tıp Dili and make sure a Focus mode isn't silencing them.
Touch and hold your home screen, tap the + in the top corner, search for "Tıp Dili", choose a size and add it. The widget shows the same daily term as the app — matched to your level and interests. If it ever looks out of date, opening the app once refreshes it.
Yes. All content is bundled with the app; studying, quizzes, favorites, and the widget need no internet. Only viewing prices and purchasing the subscription requires a connection to Apple's App Store. See our Privacy Policy.
Yes — new terms ship with app updates, and updates never break your progress: terms you have seen stay seen, new ones simply join the queue.
Up to 10 new terms per day, the full archive of terms you have unlocked (browse back and forth), favorites and collections, and the quiz & practice modes. The free tier always keeps the daily term, the widget, and reminders.
The paywall in the app shows the current monthly and yearly prices in your local currency (yearly is the best value). Payment is charged to your Apple ID; the subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside our servers: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tıp Dili Pro → Cancel (or App Store app → profile photo → Subscriptions). Cancelling keeps Pro active until the period you already paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Pro unlocks immediately on any device using that Apple ID.
Payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds ourselves.
Not currently — a Pro subscription applies to the purchasing Apple ID.
No. There is no registration and no login; your Apple ID handles the optional subscription.
Your preferences and progress are stored only on your device, so they transfer only if you set up the new phone from a backup of the old one. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and can always be restored (see above).
Delete the app — everything it stored (name, preferences, favorites, progress) is permanently removed with it. Nothing exists on our side to delete.
